The absence of a complete database for staff members and their activities is a significant problem for public service administration. The subsequent effect of this is the existence of inactive personnel, commonly known as “ghost workers,” which, among other things, results in exorbitant salary costs. It is therefore essential to automate employee and retiree activities in order to provide proper management and administration in the States’ Public Service.
